East Regional Pond is the artificially constructed pond on the east side of County Road 102 at its intersection with Farmers Central Road. It has been planted with native plants and enclosed by a chain-link fence to protect birds and other wildlife. Viewing platforms have been added to facilitate birdwatching. There is a parking lot and a path around the perimeter of the pond.

East Regional Pond functions much like one of Woodland's city parks, but it is technically outside the city limits of Woodland.

Across County Road 102 from East Regional Pond is an access point to the East Bike Loop.
