The H. M. Warden Jr. Building, also referred to as the Tower Building, is located at 846 Higuera Street.
The building was designed by H. S. Laird in 1903,1 and was constructed in 1904.2
The building included a clock tower, which was removed in 1955.3
The name was changed from the Warden Building to the Tower Building when the building was sold just before World War II.4
