Trowbridge House

Trowbridge House is a Stick style home built for Lillie Delger and her new husband Henry Trowbridge by her multimillionaire father, Frederick Delger. Currently one of the sixteen homes in Preservation Park, the house once sat behind the Fox Oakland Theatre.
