The Bunny Ranch Billboard, a large pink sign advertising the Bunny Ranch Bar and Cigar shop located northwest of Carson City, Nevada, has created something of a controversy in Oakland, California, as it was located near the MacArthur Boulevard exit of Highway 580.  The owner, Dennis Hof, is also the owner of the legally licensed Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel in Nevada, located near the bar and cigar shop.

After Oakland City Council members Libby Schaaf and Noel Gallo encouraged residents to complain directed to the ad company, the billboard was removed.

Dennis Hof is considering filing a lawsuit against the City of Oakland, and is vowing to open up a Bunny Ranch restaurant and bar right here in Oakland.
