Walking through downtown Chinatown is like taking a stroll along a southeast Asian neighborhood. This Kwan Yin shrine is located in the Chinese Cultural Plaza. As you can see it is adorned with flowers and there is an ample supply of incense for anyone to offer to Kwan Yin.
