Historic Buildings in Conway

Conway has a large number of historic buildings, including both public buildings and private residences. The town also has a historic district, designed to protect older homes in the city and preserve the small town character of an area of downtown Conway.

Historic District

The Asa P. Robinson Historic District was created for the protection and preservation of the historic character of the properties and other features therein. This district has a special historic character and reflects distinct architectural periods in the history of the City of Conway. The Asa P. Robinson Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in January 2001. The Conway Historic District Commission normally meets the 4th (fourth) Monday of each month at City Hall in the downstairs conference room at 6:00pm.
