Go Inside Yoga is a new yoga studio located right here in Conway, just a couple of blocks from Hendrix.  The building is newly remodeled and was formerly Ma Tuckers restaurant.  Go Inside is owned by Ma Tuckers great grand daughter, Johanna Epps.  Johanna has 12 years of teaching experience.  She is a warm and caring instructor who creates an environment that is fun and inspiring.  Go Inside is open everyday and offers Basic, Flow, Power, Hot and Relax classes.
