Conway is home to a diverse range of Academic Institutions, including Conway School District , Charter Schools, and Pre-Schools.

Conway is also known as the 'city of colleges', due to the three institutions of higher learning located within the city limits.

 

  • Central Baptist College - a small college whose "goal is to help you reach your academic and career goals as part of God's plan for your life." (from their website)
  • Hendrix College - a small liberal arts college with a fairly high regional profile
  • UCA - University of Central Arkansas - (formerly Arkansas State Teachers College) is a moderately large state university
