Robert L. Potts was a public servant in Ann Arbor from the 1970s to 2000s. He served as the director of the Model Cities program, staff minister of St Andrew's Episcopal Church, and assistant superintendent for the Ann Arbor Public Schools. Prior to coming to Ann Arbor, he was minister at Christian Methodist Episcopal churches in Detroit and Chicago. He also served as president of Texas College in Tyler, TX. He was born in January 1923 in Muskogee, OK and passed away in December 2004 in Ann Arbor.
