Beal, Peter 12/21/1947 - 2/16/2015 Ypsilanti Peter Williams Beal died on February 16, 2015 in Ypsilanti, MI at the age of 67 due to sudden health complications. Peter was born on December 21, 1947 in Montevideo, Uruguay to Williams Beal, a foreign service officer, and Ann Robinson Beal. From there he moved with his family across South America and Portugal until attending Cranbrook School in Bloomfield, MI. He graduated Antioch College in 1970 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. Moving to Ann Arbor, MI after graduation eventually lead him to establish a business as a custom cabinetry designer. In addition, he began teaching woodworking at Washtenaw Community College in 2004. Peter's intelligence, originality and attention to detail showed through in his work and encouraged others. Peter's daughter, Anna Forringer-Beal; wife, Mary Beal; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Jack Lass; brother, Timothy Beal; parents, Williams and Ann Beal, and other friends and family will always love and remember him.
